FLASH Logo

I want a logo for a company called FLASH Logistics, the logo idea is simple but must be made in professional way, i made some thing on paint and want it to be made on Photoshop or any other pro software, the Word FLASH should be written in lines as seen in image attached, the Lines should be Symmetric to each other in mean the start of the F letter is like this / and the A letter also have same line size and angle and everything as if it is copy paste, also the Line from the 2nd side which is A \, spaces between letters shold be same, and at the end there should be 2 middle line in Orange as you see in the attached, the logo should be GIF with a transparent background, and it should start drawing from the Letter F using dots and stop at the letter H and after that the 2 middle lines will also come drawing in dots, and after it ends the world Logistics appear as you see in the image on same place, the middle orange lines should appear over and under the letters some times as you can see in the image, the world Logistics should be Bold italic Calibri, size proportional to be under the 2 lines, the logo should appear 3 times and after that it should freeze. please read the requirement well, and remember that the attached images is hand made, all the idea is true in them but the spaces is not correct.
