Project Description

I'm looking to create a visually-attractive flyer for a new seminar at Georgetown University. See the uploaded file (my own idea for the flyer).

Basically we are looking for a more professional-looking version of the flyer I have attached. Right now, the plan is to use the design primarily as a 8.5 by 11 flyer to be posted around campus; however, we may print a few flyers that are larger in scale.

The final design needs to be available in a readily-usable digital format that allows easy reproduction in multiple ways (i.e., desktop printing or professional services).

The bottom right corner section needs to be similar in form to what is present. That is, I need a graphic reproduction of the Georgetown Healy clock tower and the slogan to appear in that lower right corner. The Healy clock tower should be an artist sketch (an outline similar to what’s shown but better), not a reproduction or multi-colored painting.

In addition, we also need (1) the slogan (“A Hoya Education…”) and (2) the graphic of the clock tower to be available in two separate files. We may want to use one or both of them to make t-shirts that match the advertising campaign.

Images of the Georgetown Healy clock tower can be found on the internet. However, I could take a digital picture of the tower myself and send it out if necessary.

Note: the faculty names and session dates appearing in the attached are fictional. We will have final word on them in two weeks. We know, however, that there will be five sessions with two faculty in each session.

Also: the uploaded file includes a second page describing the new seminar. I have included that just as further background information. It is not part of the project.
