Looking For Someone Experience With Football ( Soccer ) Animated Rotoscope Of Real Life Goal

Hello, I am looking for someone who is capable of delivering high-quality illustrations/animations of real life goals. Here are a few samples as to what type of style we would need: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We would need the highlight goals of each of the fixtures for the Colombia Liga Aguila competition: [login to view URL] As you see, there is a total of 20 fixtures. Each fixture would have a total of 10 matches. This competition has 20 clubs in total, so basically the same art can be re-used for each of the fixtures. We would show highlights of only the goals, so matches that has no goals would not be shown. In average, there is about 20 goals per fixture, and about 8 of the 10 matches end up with at least a single goal. We would show for each match the starting line-up (something like show in the video during the first seconds): [login to view URL] And after show the goal(s) that happened during that match. All matches for the fixture would end up being 1 single video. And then I can just edit it myself and show per match as well as separate videos. The video of each fixture must be completed within 3 days of the date mentioned in the PDF fixture list. Our budget for this whole project which is 20 fixtures total is $2000.
