Quick and easy project for someone with the right tools, the know-how and 10 minutes to spare. Attached are massive size image files in both EPS and AI format, you choose which format you want to work with. I need the images reduced to the indicated pixel width (145px and 240px) and for them to be as clear as is possible. For the 240px file, I'd also like the tagline changed from a light gray to a charcoal color. Delivery must be in transparent background PNG format and file size should not exceed 20Kb. I cannot stress enough, the finished files must be clear and all elements legible. The maximum I'm willing to pay for this task is US$30 so if you require more please look for another project to bid on.
