on demand app

Hello my potential freelancers, I need you to build a on demand app (like Uber) but with a different set of functionalities for a different industry ( not ride sharing). two apps are needed ( one for consumer and one for the provider, obviously). a user friendly website. Also, marketing , seo services to bring traffic hence generate revenue some of the features in the app for example. create employee profile ,manage calendar,request work, manage work shifts , set availability. accept the service request. dispatch the driver to end consumer. track the driver on premises in REAL TIME. built in feature in the app to report issues /take pictures which are uploaded on to the app. -------------------------------------------- Customer should be able to schedule the date they want the service for. enter the address. rate/feedback the driver. ability share it on social media. Facebook,Twitter etc etc. a admin website where the operations can be managed from the rest of the details will be discussed if planned to move forward. Provide me with Total cost and the time it will take to get this app out in the market.
