iOS 2D Action Game

I am working with a few developers to have an action game released for the iOS. I am looking for a Graphic Designer who would provide the following: - Game Icon - Loading screen - Main Screen and Menu - Log in Screen - Characters and vehicles - Stage background Initially we want to release only the first level and move on from there. We currently have one designer who is working on another game. Our idea is to have a similar game to iFighter 2 with a different story line and graphics style, what we had in mind was more "cartoon" like than realism. Ideally we are looking for people who are interested in sticking around for the long run. I intend to pay a percentage of what is charged and the remaining balance after the game is released.
