Convert HTML documents to MS Word documents

I want to convert HTML to MS Word documents. I want to be able to batch convert multiple documents at one time (if possible). I want to be able to preserve the CSS formatting (font-size, font-weight) I want to preserve the images, line breaks and other features of the HTML document The MS. word document should look approximately the same as the HTML Obviously I do not want the tags to show up in my MS word document.
