PSD to HTML for email with some text

Hello dear bidders, Let me start by saying thank you for viewing our project and hope that you land the job. first of all this is going to be an on going project. we are preparing to launch a email campaign for our printing company. What we want. we want someone that knows photoshop and HTML coding (specifically for email marketing) to slice and create the html code from the provided photoshop file. The photoshop file will be provided with all the images and text. Your job will be to create the perfect email marketing code with the best text to image ratio. this is very important. We don't want all images we want text as well. that is why we are out sourcing this. You will also need to know inline CSS. We are aiming for a minimum of 1 email per week to a maximum of 3 emails per week.
