Project Description

Need a simple desktop application that continuously scans the [url removed, login to view] website for new TSI Advertised Orders and accepts new Orders:

a. Application will need to login to site with user ID and password.

b. Application should repeatedly attempt to check for new ‘Advertised Orders’. Proposed method is to

1) emulate user clicking on the TSI link ([url removed, login to view] ) and then

2) clicking the Advertised Orders link ([url removed, login to view]).

3) Scan the spawned page at TSI Advertised Orders Opportunities ([url removed, login to view]) for new Orders.

One possible alternative to the above would be to refresh the link at the spawned page ([url removed, login to view] ).

c. Application should check for a new Order every second. We may change this value to optimize the needs of the application, system resources, and in light of the need to outperform other possible competitor applications.

d. When a new Order is detected on the Order Opportunity page, then the application should check the zip code of the Appraisal Address against a pre-defined Zip Code exclusion list (I'll supply this list in Excel or Wordpad).

e. If the Order is not on the Zip Code Exclusion List, the application should emulate a user clicking the ‘Accept’ button on the web page.

f. Application should allow user to Close at any time.
