Manufacturing Workstation Piece Counter and Time Tracker

I am looking to create a workstation device that an employee logs into via a 10digit keypad, and then enters the part number of the item he is building, again via a 10 digit keypad. Then it has a big button that the employee (wearing gloves) pushes every time he gets done welding up a part. There needs to be a display that:

1) counts how many parts he has built for that shift,

2) shows how long his last part took to build (minutes and seconds)

3) Shows "fastest time" for this part for this shift.

4) shows his average time for this part for this shift.

I need the data from 6-10 of these workstations to be sent to a website (the website can be built later or as part of a separate project) The data that needs to be sent is:

1) Employee number

2) Part Number

3) Total parts built

4) Average part time

I am wanting to build 6 of these workstations immediately, and possibly 6 more after that. The project price is for the hardware and programming for the first 6, we can take care of enclosures and mounting in a suitably robust enclosure. I will also take care of providing the push button for counting the items. System needs to be powered by 120V.
