I would be happy to help! Have some questions... What is your time frame / due date? Do you have any design, graphics or storyboard for the animations ready? I notice there are no specs for an HTML5 version. Do you require both a Flash and HTML5 version? Do you know the publisher/ad network? (to verify the specs & tech that is ok to use if HTML5) Cheers.
