Develop a Timesheet App & Job App

Develop a Timesheet App for employees to enter their hours worked for iPhone, iPad, Android. (Web access would also be preferable) App to be built in a SAAS (e.g. [login to view URL] or client approved equivalent) for ease of future development. App to require employee login (preferrably facebook link). Login has to be approved prior to access. Once approved there should be two user access categories, management & workshop. Management: can create jobs (we currently use a google spreadsheet for this, either integrate with this by way of a form build etc. or propose and alternative. Categories stored are - Job Number: Auto sequencing number - Date: Date of innitial enquire - Client: Name of the business - Client Contact: Name of the person who requested the works - Contact Phone: - Contact Email: - Description of works: 1 line description of what is to be done - Purchase Order - Quote Number - Quote Date: Date quote is sent - Job Status: Selection: Enquiry, Waiting for Approval, Approved Pending, Approved Underway, Completed, Invoiced, On Hold, Cancelled. Management can also do the following - Record hours for any employee - Approve daily time sheets and amend as necessary - Generate report of total hours spent on a job by all employees - Generate report of all hours worked by an employee for a designated period (default options of current pay period, last pay period and custom date) - Generate fortnightly employee summary report for payroll purposes (default options of current pay period, last pay period and custom date) Workshop: Can record hours against jobs currently categorised as Approved Pending, Approved Underway, Completed. Hours recorded daily with the following information - Job #: - Description of tasks - Start Time - Finish Time - Breaks - Total Hours: Autocalculate Workshop staff to be able to enter multiple lines each day. Default 8 lines on screen ability to add additional as required. Only show time entry for a single day (today by default) can set backwards to enter times for previous day or on mondays enter time for fri, sat, sun and mon. Workshop can also do the following: - Access a page with links to standard company documents - Take a photo and send to company facebook page manager for approval description and select a job and tag people. (Don't auto post) - View only all days in current and previous pay period. - See summary of total hours worked for all past pay periods.
