This illustration uses the MyPlate graphic to help illustrate healthy and less healthy foods.
Using the Choose my plate illustration as the center removing the names of the food groups, the fork and the line that reads "ChooseMyPlate.gov"
We need foods for each group around the plate the outside of the plate.
Fruits: Bananas, Oranges, grapes, pineapple, berries and anything else you think.
Vegetables: peas, peppers, tomatoes, carrots, broccolli, calliflower, etc.
Grains: rice, cereal, spagetti, crackers, bread etc.
Dairy: Milk, yogurt, cheese etc
Protein: fish, nuts, eggs, chicken, meat
Then on the bottom section of the page we are going to place a line that says: Less Healthy Foods
Under here we need junk food like: Soda, candy, chips, french fries, cookies, cake etc
