2D Animation to explain Business Concept

Hi, We are a recent company in Brazil in the advertising business and we would like to create an animation in order to explain what we do. You can check our website and watch the video, in order for us to explain a little bit what we do ( [login to view URL]) Our core business is to use wrapped cars (with vinyl) with our clients image and drive in the city. What we would like in the animation very briefly is to show in the video that our concept is much better than stand alone billboards. Our first idea was to "transform" the billboard into cars and create a much broader impact. We would like to know the following for an animated 1.30 min video animation: 1. Price 2. Time to produce 3. What does the price include 4. We would need the voice and music (the voice should be in Brazilian Portuguese) 5.
