I am wanting to have a number of data bases put together for regular monthly mail outs. I already have 3 data bases set up in Excel ready to be put together. I am looking at using Mail chimp to implement this system, although I am open to suggestions. The person I require will need to be able to add and subtract people from each data base on a monthly basis. They will need to be able to design a professional looking template to be sent out. This is an on going contract, and will need to be put together every month.
