Complete a short Form and Submit. (US, CA, UK only!)

We are looking on expanding our Online Marketing network. Currently we have a big database with offers in which you need to fill in short forms. Every short form takes about 60 seconds to complete, not more than that. Workers must provide real information when filling in and submitting the form, and no two minute emails, only real and truthful information Otherwise you will not get paid. You can start immediately! We are paying .50 cents for each valid form submit. Please bid on this project only if you are confident and your team can provide up to and over 90-100 quality form submits per day, for 5 days. All short form submits must be quality, and only real traffic. Also, currently we accept only these countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom.
