Ongoing facebook fans usa/worldwide

hello. thank you for stopping by my project. what i need is an ongoing group of 3-5 suppliers i can use to provide my clients safe and effecient service in providing facebook guaranteed fanpage fans, from the USA at a high accuracy and from worldwide. most of my orders are for 1k usa fans. i have had many issues finding good suppliers. most recently, the recent facebook update has caused me to lose my three main suppliers. one guy told me and bugged me he wanted my business, but now he has disappeared for over a week. i will never use him again. the other two guys wrote me and told me both of them are having issues with the new update. one guy has not solved it yet, one guy has something in place to work around it, but he is not accepting new orders. the fans from the usa must be a HIGH ACCURACY. this has been another issue. people say they can get us fans then flood my client's pages with overseas and fake fans. this is UNACCEPTABLE. you must be able to provide fans at least 70% accuracy, or 700/1000 fans or don't even respond to my ad. the price for 1k fans must be lower than $30 per 1k. keep in mind if i really want to fulfill orders, there are retail websites on google listing 1k fans for $40. so i'm looking for a good deal as well. please place your bid as the price for 3k fans usa. payment is by paypal only. no mass payment, no other payment processer. communication will be established with bid members who meet these requirements. i'm really looking for 3-6 more suppliers to handle my workload. i have a number of clients waiting on me to start again. a final note turnaround times on 1k fans must be between 7-15 days. if it takes you all month to get 1k, don't respond. also don't respond if you blast 1k fans in one day. not intereseted in anything unsafe. i will wait for your responses. thanks for reading my post.
