excel spreadsheet data merge

Hi, I have 3 excel spread sheets from my website developer that I need populated with about 1500 products, discriptions, pricing, photo, etc etc etc. I have the manufacturers company produced excel spread sheet with the data and the photos ect from the company. I just need someone that is very experienced in excel manipulate the data so that the products, pricing, and basic information all correspond to the correct item and is presented in the web developers excel spreadsheet in the proper format. The photo of the products are a separate file but from what I can tell the master manufacturers spreadsheet has the product name and corresponding jpeg file name of the product listed so it will require getting the photo/jpeg aligned with the product discription from two separate spread sheets/files. ** I am probably not describing this well as I am not an expert on this process or terminology or what it takes to make it happen. Only experienced freelancers with very high success rate, on time performance, and positive comments need apply. I am not an excel expert but I think this is pretty straight forward project of importing and merging data from several spread sheets into a final web developer spreadsheet. My plan is to upload the data I have into a cloud data storage site like drop box so that we do not have to email the files back and forth. Finished product would then be uploaded back to the same cloud. Please do not ask for up front payments as I have seen those go badly and the work not be completed. Unfortunately you will have to trust me but I will pay if the project is done correctly and per the agreement. Time is not of the essence but would like to get this finished up fairly quickly. Correctly completed is key aspect. If I get some decent offers I expect to award this tomorrow. Web developer spreadsheets and jpeg file attached for an idea of what needs to be done.
