Commercial (no residential cleaning) janitorial company located in Silicon Valley (San Jose, CA) is looking for fluent and clear English telemarketer/call centers who will set up appointments for us to bid on janitorial services. WE WILL PAY PER QUALIFIED APPOINTMENT, and only per appointment. Seeking companies that can provide high quality leads. Please send your references with your Bids.

Appointment quality:
-Square Footage: – over 3000 square feet but less than 100000 square feet.
- Frequency of Cleaning – 3 times or more a week.
-Target Markets – All commercial facilities
-Target area to be determined.
-Decision Maker - Facilities Manager, Property Manager, Person in Charge, Owner
-No shows from prospects = no appointment and therefore no payment.
We will still pay for appointments WE miss.

Time frame: From Dec 1, 2013 to February 1, 2014.

This will be a pilot program, we are looking for 30 + qualified appointments for the 30 days, BID PER APPOINTMENT, with a $[url removed, login to view] bonus if we sign a contract. A Qualified appointment is described as an appointment at which the Operations Manager visits with a decision maker and submits a bid with that potential customer. If successful, a long term relationship may result with the telemarketer/call center.

All appointments should supply the following information:
1. Name of Decision Maker.
2. Contact Information of Decision Maker (ext., direct line, email, etc).
3. Company Name.
4. City.
5. Zip Code.
6. Prospect’s specific needs.
7. Best time for Client Rep to Contact Decision Maker.
8. Current janitorial services supplier (if any), and current frequency, How satisfied they are, issues/problems with current janitorial services provider and if possible, current costs.
9. Square footage

Telemarketer responsibilities and qualifications:
Clear and fluent English.
You need to log all call activity and record some conversation for our evaluation.
You need to send call scrip for our approval/modification.
Timely communication with us (we expect daily emails).
Previous experience with janitorial services marketing.

When you bid, bid the entire cost - we will not pay for telephone lines, telephone usage, or anything over what you bid (please include everything in a per appointment bid).

Payment Details:
*100% commission based telemarketing
*No upfront money or fess will be paid
*Payment is made each Friday (no later than 3pm EST) for all scheduled qualified appointments for the previous 5 days.

If this project is a success we will duplicate this process all over the Bay Area and this will = huge $$$$ to the one who handles this for us.
