I am expanding my insurance company and need new agents. Experience doesn't matter, although i want clean cut well spoken agents.
I place ads on Craigslist and other job sites every week in a different city (currently Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania)
When a potential applicant sends me his/her resume, I call them for a short phone interview. After phone interview, i email them a document with links to check out our business etc. It's a pre-set system for following up with job applicants.
I am looking for someone who speaks very clear english with no accent and would want to post ads for me and handle the intitial interview. I have a script for the interview.
Ultimately, i want to drive prospective agents to a busness overview meeting i host each Friday in a specific city.
Job entails calling back people who sent in resume.
Posting ads on job sites to drive the submission of resume's.
Emailing the information to each job applicant.
Following up with me concerning good prospects weekly.
I envision only spening about 5 hours per week on each weeks resume drive. Plus or minus. Success will be measured by number of applicants at the business overview meeting i host in that city.
This would be weekly work.
