I've identified lots of sites which provide traffic to websites at a very low cost. I've been into advertisement program for more than 3 years. You could get traffic into your websites, thousands of them, in less than $100 spent. Most of the sites are PTC (pay to click) sites, and Bitcoin sites, which offered cheap advertisement.
