Professional SEO / promotion for our new (updated) website

We have recently re-designed & updated our website and are looking now for a top SEO and website promotion expert to significantly improve our organic search ranking and traffic from other relevant sources. Our company is based in Rishikesh/India. Our website consists of around 15+ pages only. For some keywords we are on page 3 in Google already without including any seo effort whatsoever, not even appropriate meta-tags (eg. 'yoga in rishikesh').
