Ranking and Link Building

I am required a 500 PR4+ back links (ONLY WHITE HAT tactics) from different websites/ip’s. The links must be build till 23rd Nov 2012. If you do not understand the guidelines DO NOT BID please. We require white hat techniques ONLY - No use of software, farms, forums, spam sites, adult, gambling etc! - Links must be permanent and stricly from Google PR4+ - Some links must be PR4, PR5 etc - Links must be static - Links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow - Links must have anchortext provided by us. No url anchortext - Linked sites must be indexed and cached by Google - Site have to be 2 years old at least - Free one-way manual links - Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses - No subdomains, backlinks only from www. primairy adress!! - Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active. - Prefer high ranking Alexa sites - We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable - Detailed Excel file to be provided by you with all linking posts URLs once work is finished to be checked - You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet : Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address as well as the date placed. - All pages must be index within 4 weeks bij google - Links that don't fit the guidelines will be replaced NOT ALLOWED - No black hat or grey hat tactics.
