SEO / SEM EXPERT Needed for Static HTML Website (No Blog)

We are looking for an expert SEO provider who can provide on-site and off-site optimization for a static HTML website. The website is between 72-87 pages. We request that you provide us a list of possible keywords, and we will select the keywords we would like to use for optimization. We do have blog posts for you to optimize, but we do not yet have a blog to post them on. We will need to approve any text that is visible to potential customers before it is implemented. Please do include your price for a one-time optimization as well as a monthly program. If you would like to set up a WordPress blog for us that matches our existing blog, please include a price for that. If you wish to implement a blog, the header, footer, and page width must be identical to the original site, and fonts and spacing should match the site design. Also include your timeline for completion. We will provide the URL of the website to qualified bidders. This is a third-party project and we are your client.
