Project Description

Hello all:

My website, [url removed, login to view], is in need of a proper SEO do over to drive targeted traffic to the site. The purpose of the site is to link those looking for teaching positions within the state of Illinois (USA) to potential teaching jobs. As a teacher, and former teacher in Illinois, I know how high the demand is for these positions and I know how many candidates there are looking for positions.

What I am needing is someone with a strong background in targeted SEO to really help drive the site.

You must be fluent in English

I will only accept bids from individuals who have clearly looked over the site and understand the project. I am not interested in bids that have been cut and pasted towards this project.

Pay for the project will be as follows:

Please note that this website will generate monthly income, so I am happy to split the payment with the programmer who selects the job and gets the job done correctly. All payments made to the website will be split 50/50 between myself and the programming team, and this will be an ongoing payment.

I sincerely believe that this site can make $2000-$5000 USD per month which would mean a monthly payment of $1000-$2500 USD. Please check my reviews, I am honest and this is an honest project and I would be happy to maintain these payout levels and am looking forward to developing a long lasting relationship with my development team.

Your tasks:

-Optimize the site and drive the site to the top of google searches for relevant key words (which we will discuss)

-Do any maintaining of the site (coding/general upkeep)

Again, I'm looking for an ongoing, lasting relationship and I sincerely hope that this project is met with only the most sincere individuals. There will be no upfront payment (I've done too many of those and had programmers just leave half way into the job), however, once the site begins generating revenue the programmer(s) will receive 50% of all payments generated.

There are no other sites like this in Illinois, there are roughly 40,000 individuals looking for teaching positions and the market is extremely competitive, so most anyone would welcome any advantage they can get in securing a job.
