Sitemaps - Create, Modify and update sitemap xml files

Individual wanted to revise/update/correct sitemap xml files for three different websites. Individual should be able to make and implement recommendations for excluded (no follow) files, such as administrator directories and files. Work to be conducted on three separate sites, all of which involve adult content. Updates of site maps to be completed once each week, for three different sites, for a period of four weeks. Site maps to be updated and uploaded to server on December 21, December 28, January 4 and January 11. Although this is for a limited bid/proposal, upon successful completion of this task, this may become an ongoing task. The successful bidder MUST be able to communicate in English using email, Skype and/or Yahoo Messenger. The three websites are HTML and Joomla based, operating on dedicated servers. An expertise and knowledge of other SEO type skills would be considered a strong plus and may result in additional taskings being awarded. The successful bidder will be a self starting, motivated individual with a desire to excel. On request, I will be happy to furnish additional information about the sites involved. One site is a rather large site, while the other two are fairly small.
