Targeted Facebook Fans / Likes

I am looking for 11,000 targeted people to like my Facebook page and become fans Target criteria: 1. 5500 UK, 1000 Germany, 1000 France, 1000 Sweden, 1000 USA, 1000 Canada, 500 Switzerland 2. Female 3. 18-54 years old 4. REAL people who are interested in Fashion, Shoes. NO fake accounts. 5. People with 100+ friends 6. People with profile pictures 7. Active fans with status update within the last 30 days Additional terms: 1. Fans must NOT be engaged in adult industry and activities (e.g. pornography). 2. Fans must be generated according to Facebook terms, using good practices. No illegal activities must be used. 3. This needs to be done without admin access to my Facebook page. 4. My Facebook account must NOT get banned or deleted because of your actions. You will not get paid if my account is deactivated. 5. Full payment will be made only when the project is completed satisfactorily (see below). Please do not ask for milestones. - My facebook account does not get deactivated - No fake accounts detected and fans meet target criteria - Fans remain royal and do not “unlike” 6. All UK fans must be delivered by end of August 2012. The project must be completed by mid September 2012. 7. Fans must be delivered at a maximum rate of 350 people per day. It will allow me to check each account. When bidding: - Please provide what techniques you will use to generate fans - Please provide examples of your previous work (accounts, pages, etc)
