10 high quality links each day PG5+

I want 10 new PERMANENT backlinks (do-follow) every day on my website! IMPORTANT: Every link must have a different domain and unique ip-address (c-class) with a variety of different webhosts. If I already have a link from the ip-address of your link than you replace the link. The websites must have a google pagerank minimum of 5 or more!
