Hello Professional Marketers,
I wanted to connect with a professional who is looking to assist me in building a network of affiliates that know how to promote financial services and specifically a retirement product that provides guaranteed income for life . What I am looking for is actually two roles:
1) On a basic level, I am looking for affiliates who are willing to work on a Pay-per-sale type of arrangement.
2) On a higher level, I am looking for an affiliate manager to recruit and manage marketers. Also the manager will assist me in disbursement of commissions. The manager will be compensated based on a percentage of sales.
I will provide examples of copy to be used for landing pages, blogs, or other marketing vehicles. 99% of content will be derived from company approved material in order to remain FINRA and SEC compliant. Compensation will be directly from me based on a percentage of my commission from the sale of an investment product, or managed money contract.
So, on to the big question. What kind of commissions are we talking about here? Here is the breakdown (and let's just stay with variable annuities):
Average annuity amount $75,000
My commission rate x 3%
My take-home $2,250
The affiliate would receive a percentage of what I take home. Commission is negotiable based on performance. A tiered system can be established for increased commission percentage based on sales volume of the individual. So, if we keep things simple to start with, and compensate the marketer 10% for every closed sale;
Average Gross Commission-Matthew $2,250
Affiliate commission rate x 10%

The manager will be forwarded my compensation reports to verify that there has been a paid for sale, notify the appropriate affiliate, and disburse commission accordingly. This will allow for transparency needed to maintain a trusting arrangement between marketers and myself. Simply put, I have no problem paying for performance. I actually enjoy it! When everyone is making money, everyone is happy. Quarterly, bonuses are also a possibility.
I don't know in what capacity you may be interested in this kind of arrangement, but I would like to start a dialog with you. Initially, this would be targeted to just Wisconsin and maybe Illinois. We can talk more about a larger campaign after initial testing.
