The position, reporting to the Director of Sales, will work in conjunction with other local sales managers and sales staff to increase revenues across our digital platforms. The successful candidate will proactively help seek and recruit new advertisers and be responsible for the day-to-day operation of digital advertising sales but must also be on the cutting edge of new areas of growth within the industry.
The primary function of this position is to cultivate new revenue opportunities through leadership and innovative advertising programs.

Post secondary school education or equivalent work experience
Mandatory 3 to 5 years of digital sales experience
Strong media background
Ability to lead and mentor the sales team
A track record that speaks to success, innovation and customer service
Self motivated and well organized with a particular eye toward details.
