Sales of Explainer Videos
- Status Closed
- Budget $30 - $250 USD

nb. I ask kindly that you address every point I ask to be addressed in this proposal. The chances of me working with an individual who leaves out information that i've asked of them is slim.
Hi, my company, Day 3 Creations, sell a number of creative products. At the moment I am looking to drive sales of our explainer videos.
Here is an example of one we produced not long ago: [url removed, login to view]
Explainer videos are becoming a must-have for many areas of business; particularly for businesses who want something spelled out without having to put their audience through death-by-reading on their website/product's home page.
I am looking for an individual (or team) to sell this product on a commission-only basis.
I have a few template emails with info and links that you can email out in a speculative manner to relevant businesses; but in following up, i'd expect you to have a good handle on written English as you will be representing Day 3 Creations, so I don't want the process to appear amateurish to any potential clients. The quality of your English and grammar in your proposal will be of importance.
I am open to how you may want to achieve sales but my suggestion prior to dialogue with you would be this:
* Bid on Elance, Freelancer, Odesk, Guru and People Per Hour.
* Create a database of relevant business types, then specific businesses and contact each business through their contact page with one of my email templates.
* Telephone businesses you think might benefit.
* Use any tools or connections that you might already have at your disposal.
I ask that every contact is logged, with notes on how they were contacted and what the end result was (ie Not interested as have an animator, Video purchased, Never replied, Said will come back to me in September etc etc)
Please bid with a commission that you would expect per sale. I can potentially adjust my price, but naturally the lower the bid the more interesting the proposition, but some who can really deliver will be a priority. Please lay out exactly how you might approach this, success you may have had previously of a similar nature and any tools, skills, social media, networks or contacts at your disposal.
This will be a long term partnership for the right individual. I have a number of products that I sell, but right now, I don't want to muddy the water. Once we're up and running however, you may want to sell all of our products on a commission.
Please begin you application with "I read it through." I can smell a pasted in pitch from a mile off so please write to me!
