I need some help to provide short instructional web documents to help clients through a sales oriented web-platform.
A simple video is located here to see what we're doing and what we need help with: [url removed, login to view]
I think we might break it down to a series of one minute video's per topic.
1, Intro and Login
2. Access to Client
3. Activity to Client
A series of these will be created and changed routinely. OFTEN DAILY/HOURLY UPDATES!
If interested to look around... [url removed, login to view]
We would also want to describe the WML and other items on each "client" line.
The idea of a PowerPoint based Show with Audio and Screen shots might give us the best flexibility.
Would start with a "starting project" we'd define... and then need hourly/project based changes moving forward.
Am flexible on mechanism to get there... just need flexibility as new changes and new processes are added hourly it seems.
This system is aggressively moving from Alpha to Beta to Production... we've a series of new users coming on daily... needing your help!
Would welcome your thoughts and suggestions to assist.
Based on responses..
Let's do this in PowerPoint... similar to attached PDF of PowerPoint.
You would need to poke around on the Web-Site per the Password provided previously.
Take Screen Shots and indicate associated User Options.
In time, as changes settles down, we might animate with video or audio and make a downloadable link.
We have different users... who would log in differently and get different manuals. probably 3 overall with similarity between manuals...
Take a look... please confirm we are on the same page.
And. When you bid... can you confirm you've reviewed the example manual!
