Hello there, Thankyou for inviting me to bid on this task. This is a mammoth task, you are correct, but thankfully, I understand how to process this large volume of data to get the results you need. What is important here, is segmentation. To send such a large volume of emails, from one system would automatically send any email address to the spam lists, so email then, would end up in people's junk folders, where they rarely look. I would first use a system called "telnet on windows", this would send what is called a"ping" to the email, to check it is valid. It would first help us filter out the good from the bad. There are many different tools which can then be used to send emails fro, which from reading the description, I believe you would want to do. My only advice for this part, would be to segment the mailing into separate parts, avoid using spammy subject headings, this will then ensure that the email address you are sending them from won't be marked as spam. Would you have the volume of staff to deal with the demand if 50% replied? I have done these type of email marketing campaigns before, in order to ensure you are able to deal with responses effectively, I would suggest, once cleansed, you stage the outbound marketing. First I will import your entire list to sql database and then process it with my software which will set flags along with email address record saying if the address is valid or not. Thus I will get the list of email addresses which are invalid. We can process remaining addresses straight way and other invalid email addresses will be processed manually.
