We are looking for a development team to design and write a bespoke web application for managing an on-line directory of restaurants. The directory will be made up of two parts, a web site that provides the public with a place to find, review and contact restaurants. The system will also have web-based management tools that can be used to capture new restaurant into the directory. The system must be based on JSP, make use of Hibernate and use a Postgres database. The developer(s) will be required to work in conjunction with HTML and graphics provided by a 3rd party graphic designer (another GAF project, you're welcome to bid on this to if you like). The system must be multi-lingual, scalable and robust.
