Request for Proposal Young Fathers of Central Florida is a nonprofit organization that seeks to help fathers between the ages of 14-19 be able to support themselves and their children. We are seeking quotes for an update to our website. Currently, we need a 100&% redesign of website. However, site content needs to remain intact, because it doesn’t dictate the structure of the site’s layout. The layout needs to be user friendly, while increasing visibility of page for donations. We would like to make it easy for people to donate. Additionally, we have several videos that we would like to upload. A Google search for “Young Fathers” produces Young Fathers of Central Florida as the first link. We would like to maintain that excellent position, as well as make money through ads on our website, to capitalize from increased web-traffic. Please bid on the following changes: •Restructure the layout of the current design with out sacrificing the integrity and branding put forth thus far. •Save current content with a “no drowning” method of background colors and enhancing the site design with shade according to the current brand logo. •Build a more aesthetic website interface •Work with fund developer to make donations section more intuitive, user friendly, and aesthetically pleasing. •Capitalize on SEO with updated image naming conventions as well as outside linking and Google ads. •Embed videos to the web page’s design, to make playback unobtrusive, intuitive, and user friendly. •Creation of a CMS (content management system) for the staff of Young Fathers of Central Florida in order to edit and update the website when necessary and with out the need of a “help desk” or “client support”. •CMS Training. Education on the use and navigation of the CMS for editing purposes.
