GStreamer help needed! -- 2

We are experiencing a problem with running GStreamer on MS Azure. We are looking for a GStreamer/video expert developer who can quickly guide us either verbally or by writing a small piece of code. Following is a technical description: 1. The video comes encoded in h264 format over RTPS stream (GStreamer supports the both) 2. The RTSP link (url) is short living (a couple of minutes) and needs to be periodically changed 3. We obtain the RTSP url via REST API (that works ok) 4. We need to develop a piece of code which obtains video over RTSP, decodes h264 and makes raw video available for further processing. ***Communication via Skype video calls only. ***Please start your msg with the words "I'm a video expert!"
