Java J2SE Program to Convert Scanned OCR Image to CSV / Mysql - No GUI Needed

I have some documents (bank statements) in paper form.

I will scan these myslef and then want a java program to read the scanned image and then

convert these into csv / mySql.

I can scan them as you like e.g. 300 dpi - OCR or any way you like these to be scanned.

I like to make it easy for you. So for example it is ok if we only convert the portion that is easy

to convert.

Please take a look at the attachments and then tell us what you can do.

This Java Program will run on command line. Like to keep it generic and re-usable.

Use of configuration files to set parameters and preferences etc.

Use of mapping files to map different columns etc.

This way we can re-use this for other scanned documents too.

After initial testing and if this is working stable then

you will add it to my existing J2SE code that is already doing conversion

from csv to pdf and mysql.

So you will then be using same Interfaces and inheritance heirarchy as my existing code.

In my existing code, we are using "open csv" and mysql.

We do not need any GUI / swing etc at this time. Just run it on command line.

Final Deliverable:

This J2SE code is fully integrated with my existing code with source code, Eclipse project and

compiled format in JAR for easy testing. We are also using maven for compiling.
