Project Description

Project Description:
This is an easy project for some one who is familiar wtih [url removed, login to view] and
[url removed, login to view] api.

We already have bulk text messaging Java code in J2SE that works with
[url removed, login to view] api.

It was written in J2SE / Java - 2 years ago and used to work fine.

We are reviving it and would like to do following:

Part 1:
Make it work with new updated api of twilio if any.

Bid on Part 1 Only.
I will show you the source code that sends bulk text messages from a csv file.

Give me an idea of your price for part 2 and Part 3.

Help me gain confidence that you are good in this.

================================================

Future:

Part 2:
Make it work with two more providers i.e [url removed, login to view] etc.
Suggest name of another one.

Part 3: Make it Web Based - JEE - (Tell me the technology that you will use):

a.. Make it work so that the data is first stored from csv file to mysql.
Thereafter it is picked up and sent out.
Similarly all incoming messages are first stored in the Database and
then processed.

b. The response as received on a URL is first stored in the Database.
so create suitable web page(s) for this purpose.

c. If the Response is STOP etc, then set a flag on the table.
That way next time we do not send text to this number. Allow to
config key words and flags or auto response. So for example if the key word
is "Hello" then allow to send the response or forward a text == "How are you".

d. Allow to create CONTACTS.

e. Allow all CRUD operations.

Make it generic and re-usable.
