J2SE Code - Incomplete JAR via Maven - New API - Test.
You should be really good at Maven and J2SE. This is a J2SE code meant for converting
from csv / Ms Excel to pdf or database or vice versa etc etc.
We are using iText library for pdf conversion.
Only bid on this, if you consider yourself an Expert in Java J2SE.
Here is what is needed:
1. Packaging of JAR File:
I am attaching our source code. The JAR file when compiled via maven on command line is smaller in size as compared
to the previously compiled code in the directory == "PcdConveterTestCompiled".
Most likely it is not packaging all the libraries correctly.
2. Change in API:
If we execute the "PcdConveterTestCompiled" code ... the JAR file gets executed fine via command line.
It reads a property file internally and then other config files / mapping files etc and then creates the the output.
We like to make changes in the Public API / Methods so that when a java web application calls this library then
it can tell what all rows from what all tables / columns belonging to which UserID need to be processed.
This way each user can do their processing separately.
For example it can say: Process all those rows for User ID == 3 from this table etc where the WorkCompletedFlag == 3.
3. Testing: Please do the testing of this java code to see what else needs to be fixed. or what can be done to make it
run faster.... eg. remove all "[url removed, login to view]" statements with proper logging etc etc...
At the time of bidding, please help us gain confidence in your ability to do this.
