I have a requirement for a simple web application that would act as a central store for all the information about the Accounts and the respective projects done with them.
The application would include:-
1) Login System (Admin access who can edit most of the information and normal access to view the information)
2) Two major entities are Accounts and the Projects. An account would many different projects .
3) Each project would have important details like (Project Name,Description,Primary Contact Person,Email,Secondary Contact Person,his Email,Correspondences like the documents sent out/Received are all to be stored under the same file of the [url removed, login to view] also are stored on the file both send and received items,It is stored with its message and attachments extracted so that they can be searched. Also the email as it is in .msg format is also stored on the Project File.
4)Development of an outlook plug in that will help the users move a email and sometime a group of emails to the projects directory in the web application.(Along with an optional text area to add some description to the file.)
