Guide for troubleshooting simple to complex HD audiovisual system. Based on 3 common occurrences, the user will make a choice of which effect they are seeing. Once the effect is chosen, the next screen recommends a particular troubleshooting action. Based on the user's choice of whether that action remedied the issue or not, they then move on to the next action. The user indicates whether the issue is resolved by selecting a yes or no statement. The yes or no type statement also have a green "thumbs up" or red "thumbs down" button. The statement and the button are links - links are not confined to the buttons only. These are effectively links to the next page/action. Generally, if the user confirms that a particular action resolved an issue, then the user is taken to a "resolved" screen. However, in some parts of this troubleshooting guide, resolution of a particular issue will lead the user to another series of actions.
