Project Description

We have a project to implement an EDI (X12) solution into a Clearing house (Capario).
The three HIPPA EDI(5010) types(270/271, 276/277, 837P/835) need to be
encoded and decoded along with generated acknowledgement.

There is only one clearing-house to transfer files with. The transfer will
be only in batch for 837P/835 and only real-time for 276/277 while 270/271 needs
to be implemented both in batch and real-time. Our clearing-house is CORE 2 compliant, they
accept SOAP+WSDL or MIME-multipart for real time and SFTP for batch transactions.

The implementer will be responsible for all of the GET/PUT's for the
real-time transfer and decoding the ASC X12 (5010) messages. 270/276/837P are outbound while
others are inbound.
We do not want/need to implement a full-blown EDI management solution.

The platform is Linux,
