Modify jenkins testlink plugin with option to fail a build for "not run" case

The existing Jenkins Testlink Plugin ver 3.5 offers the status of "Not Run"- executed testcases in the report, but the Jenkins Continuous Integration yet mark the build as successful, i would like to modify this plugin to allow if any not-run testcases will fail the build.
Presently, the plugin already have an option to fail the build if it has a failed test marked the rest of the testcases status as "blocked".
I would only require the plugin to mark the build status as failed and would not require any status update to the testlink testcases.
