Clone and Enhance Windows VOIP Softphone/Minipbx

The software to be cloned (available from [url removed, login to view]) does 90% of what I require. The essential function performed by the above referenced software is to employ credentials from an existing SIP account and activate a valid USA DID number that corresponds to the SIP credentials. The 'softphone' should answer the number and present callers with a spoken dialog of options. This 'softphone' will never be used as a dialer so interface needs are very simple.
