Project Description

I would like an experienced application developer to build a standalone Service/Ticket Request application based on my specification. The application is industry specific and will not be web based. It will not be a standard Support Record ticketing system, but will instead include some rich features while allowing priced services to be recorded. The core criteria for this application is: - Allow for the recording of differently priced services - Record customers requesting priced services using request tickets - The provision of detailed customer reports, operative reports and income reports - Provide semi-automated bulk importing of customer names from a constant CSV file location - The system must be capable of automatically sending email and SMS to operatives based on intelligent criteria - The system must keep audits and logs of sent messages for the user to review - The system must provide a semi-automated backup process. If you have the ability to code this kind of application for me to use, and to ensure that system is robust, I would be very eager to hear from you.
