Hello,
I have this following website where comments exists in the PDF format

I want the extracted comments in an Excel format with the following columns
First Name, Last Name, Organization,Org_Name,Date_submitted Title, Official Representative/Member Indicator,Address1, Address2, City,State, Province/Region, Zip/Postal Code, Country,Email,Phone,Comment
Org_Name and Date_submitted are on the outer layer on the webpage rather than the PDF itself. I want a program which would scrape this for me. The PDF's of comments would be uploaded on the website frequently. The program should be able to scrape the data from the PDF's on Website that are added in the future.
