Title: Build a location analytics and dynamic mapping website


Build an ecommerce site, with the primary goal of driving traffic and selling memberships. Goal is to build a high quality metro market and local market analytics online software, for real estate professionals. This technology has a utility patent filed in the US. To make this technology successful, we need to have fast dynamic maps that render in less than 2 seconds, to keep our customers happy and subscribed. Primary goal is to sell 1,000 membership subscriptions within the first 4 months of launch, and have higher value product, than what is available online today. To make these maps render fast, it will take a developer who has a good understanding of: Mapserver, GeoServer, Open Street Maps, Spatial tiles, Java, Open Layers, and software development using open source code. Launch domain will be We want people to find our products by searching the web. The site will provide detailed information about the products and enable visitors to make on-line purchases.

Essence: Customer selects attributes/variables: finds the top market, finds the top hyper-local markets, and target customer or property all at one place, instantly, with a clean and simple interface and dynamic customer-defined heatmaps.


The end product will allow members to filter, rank, and query different datasets, on our server, to find the optimal metro market(s) (MSA) based upon a set of variables (criteria or attributes), and visualize these results, then repeat this process to find the optimal local market (Block Group, Census Tract, Zip Code, or Neighborhood), and then match up, filtered lists of consumers or properties, to find the optimal target(s) or investment(s). Different market segments get different benefits. Agents/Brokers can get more sales, leads and commissions. Initially mashups from a mockup table, then we will get daily feeds form Realty Track. All feed data need and stored on the server, for future analysis. Spatial data is pre-complied on server, unless you can find a way to get this data via a feed. Also, we will need a working mobile app, which could be separate or included in the bid. Final phase of development will allow others to have the Local-Insights maps at their websites, and we will send the data via a feed. Our system helps real estate investor filter and find the optimal investments. We provide time saving analytics that they cannot do or find, anywhere else offline or online.

We want people to find out about our website by searching on the web, signup for Free Trials, convert members to paying members during the free trial period with well written autoreponders that converts with bonus offers, and keep them as members by providing excellent products and customer service. Since most traffic comes from search engines, the site must have good SEO set up on all core pages, with different and optimized SEO features and text on each core page. The website should be accessible to search engine spiders and be coded with good on-page search engine optimization.

The navigation system should be intuitive and allow the visitor to quickly navigate the site starting from any page. Once our customer selects their preferences or core attributes that they want to weight or rank, then we want to give them the ability to find what they want, in just a few clicks. A clean and simple interface is critical, both for on the web and mobile applications.

Since our main goal is to sell membership, we want to showcase these on the home page and offer Free Trials on the homepage.
