36 Page Web Design

Project Title : 36 Page Web Design I am seeking a web/graphic designer to put together a 36 page company information website for me. DELIVERABLES You are required to deliver (in order) the following: Web Concept design: - Create visual ideas for layouts of website (beginning with home page, to finally show at least 12 pages of final site) - The style must be based on: company brochure (this will be supplied), Site map and copy (supplied) - You will supply the design concepts in an editable EPS, AI CS2 compatible or editable PDF verson until the final design is approved When the design concept is approved you will build the website in html. Website build: - You will build the site in html ONLY (java excepted) in a form compatible with Dreamweaver MX2004 - You will supply the finished HTML, CSS style sheet and relevant files TERMS - You are quoting on producing a high quality, original design concept - All copyrights of the artwork must be legally assigned to and owned by me - This is a private project, the work must NOT be shown as part of your own portfolio - I will leave positive feedback on this site for a job well done - 50% of payment will be made on the approval of the look and feel of the site and submission of editable design files - final 50% payment is on completion PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND ARE NOT READY TO START IMMEDIATELY!
