Basic Java Card Game

Budget $30 - $250 USD
Bids 4
Average Bid $128

I need some code in Java that shuffles and deals random cards (based on a standard 52 card deck) to two players and evaluates the winning hand. I have some existing code to work off of, it shouldn't be too complicated but the caveat is that I need it completed by 10pm EST on 6/29.
