Hello There are two things I want to mention: 1: If you are looking for a java code this is very easy project but if you are looking for a C++ code, this is twice as difficult because we will actually need two programs. 2: File handling is already provided by the OS/Environment so what you are really asking for someone to do is to write a wrapper or a UI for you.
